It’s got a rootin’ tootin’ cowboy theme but did the Hotel Cheyenne buffet hit the spot?
Hotel Cheyenne is a cowboy/Toy Story-themed hotel on site at Disneyland Paris. Depending on what time of year you go, it’s usually one of the most reasonable options to stay in the magic at DLP.
Breakfast isn’t included in your room rate but we had the DLP half board dining plan, so used our credits for the breakfast. You can just turn up and purchase it though for about 25 Euros per adult.

The buffet is served at the hotel’s Chuck Wagon cafe and the theming is fantastic with Western details like wagons and saddles in the dining room and some Toy Story scenes on the way in.
Hotel Cheyenne breakfast times
Breakfast starts at 7am and runs until 11am.
As you might expect it’s quieter the earlier you go and also handy if you’re having an early start to make the most of your early ride time.

The buffet starts to get busy by 9am and you can expect to find a queue to be seated around that time but having said this, the queue went quite quickly for us and was not a problem.
What’s on the Hotel Cheyenne breakfast buffet?
As soon as you’re seated you can go right ahead and fill your boots at the buffet. There is a huge amount of choice from cereals, yoghurts and a pancake station with cute little tubs to put your jam or maple syrup in and an array of hot drinks and juices.
There’s a continental breakfast with cheeese, cold meats, and salad bits too as well as croissants, bread rolls and pastries.

The hot breakfast was pretty good too with bacon, sausages and actually delicious plant-based sausages, the best I’ve had on Disney property, as well as scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and beans.
The highlight though had to be the Mickey waffles – not quite as good and crispy as Florida but not bad – and the Mickey cake, which made a lovely breakfast pudding served with coffee.

Our family of four were very happy with the selection of the buffet and very full by the end of it. Although the dining hall is big and there are a lot of people there, we felt like we could always go up and get exactly what we wanted.
It was a perfect way to set us up for a day at the DLP parks and meant we only had to have a snack later to carry us through to our dinner reservation.
There may be fancier hotel breakfast buffets at Disneyland Paris but for us this was just perfect and would love to return soon.
